The bed was the sprung mattress and at bedtime they were nailed down and it was hard to fall asleep. - The shower hose was broken when I took a shower, as the anti-drip rubber was leaking out into the puddle at the edge of the bath. - I didn't have certain details like a tablecloth, paper napkins were cheap, I didn't have a comb in the bathroom but the other complements like shampoo gel and soap. - when going out to the terrace very wide but for what? Well it lacked a table to be able to be in the night in the terrace calmly, the light of the terrace did not work and one of the wings of the outer doors did not open was encased so single I could open a wing. - There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. I loved the pool, Bobi, the very attentive and nice pool boy. The big, clean apartment. Maria Eugenia, the reception girl, gave us good attention, very nice and attentive, a very human person. The location of the aparthotel is in a quiet environment, in a spectacular urbanization, next to the park of Porzuna. Ciudad Expo is a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The bus stop, to go to the center of Seville, is in front of the hotel . A quiet and pleasant place, I would certainly repeat.

fridge was leaking water, when I called the front desk, they immediately changed it to another one. The pool only opens a 11.00 so you cannot use it on your check out Day (12.00) or in the morning before leaving for a walk to sevilla.

good and quiet location, the area in general was fairly nice adjacent to the last metro station direct to city center of sevilla-7 stops, an american mall and the closest metro stop. affable and helpful staff and the stay was nice.

I chose this hotel for attending a session because it provides outdoor spaces and possibilities to host leisure and business events. The hotel offers a wide variety of unique spaces for meetings. The accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center or conference room where I could work and have meetings.

- everyday cleaning - underground parking for only 2 euros per day - apply at the hotel service - close to big green district park - nice and quiet district - close to the last metro station (circa 1km) direct to city center of Sevilla - 7 stops, 15minuts - big apartments with kitchen and terrace

- hotel need restoration immediately - rooms are very old and tired - kitchen without any equipment - only microwave, no cutlery, plates and glasses - dark and tight parking - hard to park

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to accommodate us. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a short ride into the city center. Plus, there was a mini-market right next door for any quick snacks or drinks we needed.

The airconditioning in some of the rooms didn't work properly and there were occasional leaks from the A/C unit in the bathroom. there weren't many restaurant options within walking distance, so we had to rely on public transportation to find more dining choices.
